Testimonials

  • Working with Nora is pure magic and medicine. Being a part of her medicine counsel was life changing. I learned so much about the plant we were focused on which helped me tap into my own personal wisdom. Taking time to embody the spirit and wisdom of the plant was truly transformative.

  • The extract, oil and tea were beautiful daily reminders to stay gentle with myself, with the process of life. And I had the feeling that I could arrive to the circle in any form and see/be seen from that perspective. I recommend this plant council for anyone who wants to connect more fully with the plant world, and in turn their own spirits - life changing!

  • Stepping into the circle feels like stepping into an ancient rhythm—where listening, sharing, and sitting with the plants become a form of medicine all their own. I felt held, seen, and reconnected to something much larger than myself. The practices are simple yet profound, weaving community and spirit together in a way that lingers long after the circle ends. For anyone curious or new to this path, I would say: come with an open heart, and you will leave with a deeper sense of belonging and remembrance.

Meet your Guide

Hey Goddess, I’m Nora! I will be spiraling with you through this truly transformative Medicine Council experience with the support of the Eastern Red Cedar Tree.

I do have to say, the Cedar is truly our guide, and I am really the space holder and fellow medicine woman walking alongside you through it.

I have been studying herbalism and medical botany for the past 6 years, and the plants have DEEPLY healed me! On this plant journey I was desiring an intimate space to connect with the spirit of the plants with fellow women- because yes we can learn the knowledge (and you will) but more so we can receive the messages and the true teachings of these ancient allies through ceremony and stillness (which you will)!

Eastern Red Cedar, also known as Juniper, makes me feel connected to ancient ceremony. An elder, respected as one the Four Sacred Medicines in Indigenous culture. It’s been a friend since I was learning about it’s medicinal properties- and it’s been a healer in my kitchen for facial steams, herbal baths, smoke cleansings, and berry ingestion for many years.

Cedar came in during the fall, it wanted to be part of the altar in the closing ceremony of Pine. It’s been in the air, scenting it’s arrival. A tree that I have long befriended for years produced blue berries just in time for preparing this season’s medicine for the Council. This spirit is a protector. A purifier. A dream walker. It supports boundary work, clarity, psychic rest, and inner grounding.

I hold this council as a sisterhood circle joined together. The medicine is always there. The magic, is in us coming together and practicing it.

This circle ripples out to the world, and we need you. Come join us dear, this is your Critical Ritual for the Winter season.

May this plant spirit become a resource for you to honor and lean on for support.

By the end of our journey, you’ll hold the tools and practices to weave Eastern Red Cedar’s medicine into your daily rhythms — tending your own healing, intuition, and soul connection through a ritualistic relationship with this special ally.
