Plant Spirit Consultations
This is an opportunity to enter the subtle energy realm with a safe and protective container created via Zoom or in person. From sharing what is on your heart, I will listen deeply and access information by the plant(s) to support and assist you in your healing. The plant spirits are the healers, and the intention is to support you in deepening your connection to the natural world.
YOUR SESSION INCLUDES
An earth based distance (online) or in person healing session with specific plant ally’s named, and the significant element(s) present in ceremony.
A written report of 1-2 pages including the botanical information of the plant, its historical uses, and the emotional properties. Emailed within 10 days of your reading.
Guidance on how you could work with this plant spirit for 30 days.
Land Blessing Ceremony
Do you want to feel more connected to the land you live on?
A land blessing ceremony is an expression of respect and gratitude for the earth. It serves as an acknowledgment of the land’s inherent power and energy and is intended to create a harmonious relationship between you and the land you live on.
The blessings are meant to invite in abundance, peace, and a positive flow of energy into the space, and to ensure that the land and it’s steward, yes YOU, live in balance and cooperation.
YOUR CEREMONY INCLUDES
An Altar: You will be guided to find a piece of your land to sit for the ceremony and together we will create a mandala offering, a pattern on the earth made with flowers, plants, feathers or crystals to honor the sacred space.
Clearing the space: Using sacred smoke and the element of fire to clear the energies on the land and awaken the subtle realm
Opening the circle: calling in the seven directions related to the elements and personalized just for you
A meditation: You will be guided through a meditation and in this liminal space you will find the offering that the land would love to receive.
Check-in support following the ceremony, with ritual and activity suggestions to help you continue to connect to your land and the element in most of need on your land.
A written report on one plant/tree/flower on your land that you can continue working with to connect to your land’s medicine.
Private Plant Identification Walk
Do you desire knowing the names and medicine of the plants on your land?
Let me come to you, to the land that you live on and call home. Let’s explore the plant diversity together and connect to the potency that surrounds you.
We will walk the land for 90 minutes exploring and introducing ourselves to the plant spirits that are present all around. This is an opportunity to not just learn the name of the plants, but also explore how the plant/tree/flower has been used historically and traditionally to heal those that walked these lands before us. With this renewed connection, I am certain that you will have a deeper relationship to nature and a greater understanding of what true stewardship means. Let’s open up this awareness together!
YOUR CEREMONY INCLUDES
A brief meditation and grounding guidance to connect ourselves to the land and the elements around.
A guided walk that will be audio recorded so you can easily revisit the names of the plant species, the folklore, and the medical botany.
A guidebook created just for you of 5 of the plants on your land with recipes, medicine suggestions, and plant profiles (sent 7 business days after our walk).
Tea Ceremony
What if you could immerse yourself and align your spirit with the spirit of a plant?
A tea ceremony offers an opportunity for connection in a deeply meaningful, intentional way. By sharing the ritual of tea, you are invited to slow down, reflect, and engage in a traditional experience to open your body to the wisdom of the plant.
You can choose a plant that you’d like me to bring for you, or I can choose a plant that aligns with the energetics you are desiring to foster.

A sharing circle: You will have space to share what you experienced, or I can provide journal and integration questions to help support the reflection process.
