What is a plant walk?
A plant walk is an opportunity to walk the public land in Charleston, South Carolina to identify native and non-native species that you can use as medicine!
We always begin by clearing our energies with blessing herbs as we enter the circle.
You will be introduced to 5 plants/trees/flowers, learning their folklore and medicinal properties.
After we walk the land together, we will gather in circle for a guided Tea Meditation. There will be space for reflection and sharing.
You will leave the experience feeling more connected to yourself and with insight and education on how to move forward with daily rituals of plant medicine.
