Settle in as a grounding practice melts away the outside world, then sip your way through a sacred tea ceremony with Herbalist Nora Luce, meeting Passionflower's magic, folklore, and healing wisdom along the way. Sound Therapist Grace Krauser wraps you in crystal bowl vibrations that swirl the tea's medicine through your body, clearing blocks and lighting you up from the inside out. You'll float out the door centered, nourished, and glowing—carrying a little goodie bag of bliss with you into the rest of your evening.

What is a plant walk?
A plant walk is an opportunity to walk the public land in Charleston, South Carolina to identify native and non-native species that you can use as medicine!
We always begin by clearing our energies with blessing herbs as we enter the circle.
You will be introduced to 5 plants/trees/flowers, learning their folklore and medicinal properties.
After we walk the land together, we will gather in circle for a guided Tea Meditation. There will be space for reflection and sharing.
You will leave the experience feeling more connected to yourself and with insight and education on how to move forward with daily rituals of plant medicine.
